RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
ONLINE-PURCHASE Return/Exchange Policy
There is a 30-Day Return Policy for products purchased at www.adsupps.com. Products eligible for return are only products that are not opened, defective or damaged via original receipt of purchase. Products must also have the original manufacturer seal. There is no guarantee for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to give refunds/exchanges. All sales are final when you make your purchase.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
If you received a damaged product. You have 5 days from the date received to take pictures and email it to adstoreorders@gmail.com with the subject stating "Order #, DAMAGED". We will then determine whether your product is eligible for an exchange only. The Refunds/Exchange process is factored by the investigation of the mail carrier it was shipped though.
IN-STORE Return/Exchange Policy
5-Day Return Policy
A 5-Day Return Policy of all open items will be eligible for an exchange only via original receipt of purchase. Exchanges are only eligible if the product is defective or damaged. Products can only be exchanged for one other product that is equal or less value. There is no in-store credit option for exchanges. Only one exchange per situation.

Clearance/Sale Items
All clearance and sale items are a final sale and not eligible for any refunds or exchanges. This includes the following BOGO's, Black Friday Sales and any other special discount.
RETURN POLICY DISCLAIMER:
All sales are final when purchasing online or in-store. We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange at our discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4003 South Medford Dr. #400 Lufkin, Tx 75901, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
